Hasil pemeriksaan spesimen dari 188 warga negara Indonesia (WNI) yang merupakan anak buah kapal (ABK) World Dream dan 67 ABK Diamond Princess adalah negatif Covid-19. Masih ada spesimen dari 2 ABK Diamond Princess yang masih dalam proses pemeriksaan.
“188 ABK World Dream sudah diperiksa semua dan seluruhnya negative. Yang 69 ABK Diamond Princess, 2 di antaranya masih melakukan pendalaman,” kata dr. Achmad Yurianto, Selasa (3/3) di gedung Kemenkes, Jakarta.
Seluruh ABK terpantau dalam kondisi sehat, seluruhnya terpantau dapat melaksanakan aktivitas harian dengan baik seperti olahraga, ibadah, makan dan minum. Tidak ada yang mengeluh sakit, demam, batuk, pilek, dan sesak napas.
Selain melakukan observasi ABK terhadap kemungkinan infeksi COVID-19, juga dilakukan surveilans penyakit potensial KLB lainnya seperti Diare, DBD, Hepatitis Klinis, Chikungunya, dan Leptospirosis. Dilakukan juga keamanan pangan di kawasan observasi, khususnya di Ring 1. Sampai saat ini tidak dilaporkan adanya kasus penyakit potensial KLB tersebut.
Gejala Covid-19 Makin Ringan
Baru-baru ini gejala klinis Covid-19 semakin ringan. dr. Ahmad menambahkan bahwa beberapa kasus malah menunjukkan gejala minimal bahkan ada yang asimptomatik tanpa gejala. Hal ini yang memudahkan orang berpergian kemanapun.
Kasus warga negara Jepang misalnya, pria berusia 60 tahun pergi berlibur bersama keluarganya ke Bali pada 15 Februari hingga tanggal 19 Februari. Ia tidak menujukkan gejala demam atau suhu tubuh tinggi sehingga tidak terdeteksi thermal scanner. Setelah tanggal 19 Februari mereka pulang ke Tokyo.
Pria 60 tahun tersebut mengeluhkan sakit lagi sehingga pada tanggal 22 Februari diputuskan harus dirawat. Ia didiagnosa terinfeksi SARS Corona virus tipe 2 (SARS-Cov-2). Ini menjadi perhatian WHO dan kewaspadaannya makin ditingkatkan.

The Majority of ship crews in the Sebaru Island are Negative for Covid-19, Two People are Still under Examination

The test results from 188 Indonesian citizens who are crews of the World Dream and 67 crews of Diamond Princess shows negative for Covid-19. There are still two Diamond Princess crews specimens in process.
“188 World Dream crews have all been examined and showed negative for Covid-19. Among 69 Diamond Princess Crews, two of them are still under investigation, “said dr. Achmad Yurianto, Tuesday (3/3) at the Ministry of Health, Jakarta.
All crews are being monitored and in a healthy condition, all crews are able to perform well in daily activities such as sports, prayer, eat, and drink. None of the crews have symptoms of pain, fever, cough, runny nose and shortness of breath.
In addition to the observation for the potential of COVID-19 infection, observations for other potential outbreaks such as Diarrhea, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, Clinical Hepatitis, Chikungunya, and Leptospirosis were also carried out. Food safety is also carried out in the observation area, especially in the first Ring. To date, there have been no reported cases of potential outbreaks.
Symptoms of Covid-19 are Turning Milder
Recently, the clinical symptoms of Covid-19 are turning mild. dr. Ahmad added that some cases even showed minimum symptoms and some were asymptomatic or without any symptoms. This condition permits people travel easily to any places.
As an example, in the Japanese citizen case, a 60-year-old man went on vacation with his family to Bali from February 15 to February 19. He did not show symptoms like fever or high body temperature thus undetected by the thermal scanner. After February 19, they returned to Tokyo.
The 60-year-old man decided to be treated after having complaint of illness on 22 of February. He was diagnosed with SARS Corona virus type 2 (SARS-Cov-2) infection. Thus, it became a concern of WHO to enhance vigilance.
